Greetings! My name is Adrian.

I am a massage therapist & bodyworker dedicated to serving the community in the healing arts. It is one of my greatest joys in life to facilitate a soothing and rejuvenating healing space for everyone. 

I have lived in Eugene for 20 years and attended the massage therapy program here. I am inspired to continually learn more and offer various bodywork modalities to suit many different needs. Currently I have training in swedish massage, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, hot stone massage, prenatal and pediatric massage, reiki, cupping, and working with therapeutic grade essential oils in an AromaTouch therapy session. I also offer chair massage at events or in the workplace for employees, and infant massage instruction to parents and caregivers.. I am very passionate about the health and well being of mothers, babies, and families in general. I also encourage children of all ages to experience massage, as I have seen the positive benefits, including modeling of healthy boundaries. 

 Out of everything I have learned a main specialty is deep listening to each individuals body and tuning in to what it needs. Every session is personalized for each persons unique needs. While I do have an affinity for deep work, I also have the sensitivity to relax into the kind of touch you are needing. I find great joy in learning new skills and continuing to evolve as therapist to better serve the community. 

Truly, it is my vision to create a space of deep peace and rejuvenation.
